Betty June Causey

Betty June Causey, age 76, passed away peacefully surrounded by family. Born in Abbeville, Georgia, and a lifelong resident of the community she loved, Betty lived a life marked by unwavering faith, kindness, and deep love for those around her.

A devoted mother, she is survived by her three children: Christy Harris, Sonya Edalgo, and Kenneth Heath. She was the proud grandmother of eight grandchildren and the beloved great-grandmother of seven great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy.

Betty’s strong faith in Jesus Christ was the foundation of her life. She carried that faith into every interaction, greeting everyone she met with warmth, compassion, and a genuine kindness that made strangers feel like friends. She truly never met a stranger and had a gift for making others feel seen and cared for.

Her gentle spirit, open heart, and steadfast love will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Betty leaves behind a legacy of faith, kindness, and family devotion that will continue to live on through those she loved so dearly.
