It is with profound love and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Deborah Chandler, a woman of grace, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family. She touched countless lives with her kindness, wisdom, and unconditional love.

She is survived by her partner, Kenneth Sherrill and her two cherished siblings, Rita Whitehouse and Frank Carroll Jr, who held a special place in her heart. She leaves behind her two devoted daughters, Dana Carroll (Timothy) and Deelana Scarborough (Brian), who will forever carry her spirit and teachings in their hearts. 

Her legacy lives on through her 14 treasured grandchildren and her precious great-granddaughter, who brought her immeasurable joy. To them, she was more than a grandmother—she was a guiding light, a safe place, and the foundation of their family. 

Her love was fierce, her laughter unforgettable, and her presence a blessing to all who knew her. Though our hearts ache with her absence, we take comfort in knowing that her love will continue to guide us, just as it always has. She will be deeply missed, yet forever remembered, by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
