Freda Draper

Freda Mae Draper, 68, of Lizella, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024.

Freda was born on November 4, 1956, in Delphi, Indiana to the late Virgil Votaw and Dorothy Garrison.  In her pastime she enjoyed reading books and bird watching.  Above all, Freda adored her family. Whether it was helping her granddaughter or caring for her grand pets, she did so with a heart full of love.

Freda will be lovingly remembered by her son, David Draper of Lizella; daughters, Carrie Dowell of Lizella and Nicole Draper of Macon, Georgia; grandchildren: Joezef, Tyeler, Blake, and MaeLynn; great grandchild, Sage; siblings: Harold Garrison, John Garrison, Connie Garrison Wehner, Kenneth Garrison and Julie Garrison. She is also survived by her sugar britches fur baby, Foxy; and her great fur babies, Keidis, Murphy, Conner, Gypsie, Delilah, Tytan and R.D.

In addition to her parents, Freda was preceded in death by her significant other, David Hall; and siblings, Helen Slifer, Billy Spicer, and Wanda Buck.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Freda’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, or to your local animal shelter.
