Monnie Jean Agnew, born June 25, 1949, daughter of Mary and Charles A Agnew went peacefully to her Heavenly home after a brief illness.

Her professional career of 37 years was in healthcare & home-care management. Her favorite hobby was making stained glass creations.

Her primary purpose as a follower of Jesus was being of service to others. The beach was her favorite place and her homes were full of Lighthouses and Anchors representing her dependence on the Lord’s guidance. Monnie was a member of 12 Step Recovery programs for 35 years. The joy of her life was her son, Myles Brown and his precious family.

A Celebration of Life will be held by her family at a later time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations go to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta where her grandchildren received life-saving care.
