Norma Teresa Lord (Née Darley)

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Norma Teresa Lord (née Darley), Born on the 27th of December, 1955 to her late parents Preston Darley and Hilda Harrell Darley and entered into eternal rest on the 27th of April, 2024, at Pine Pointe Hospice in Macon, Georgia after a brief illness. Burial will be private.

Norma is lovingly remembered by her son, Seth Lord (Julie) of Macon, GA; her daughter, Jessica Ice-Lord (Katrina) of Louisville, KY; grandson, Ethan Lord of Macon, GA and her siblings, Maureen Rabun; David Darley (Sherry); Janice Fiveash (Charles); Terry Darley and Myra Waldrop (Terry); along with a host of other relatives.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Lord; her daughter, Maddison Lord, and a brother, Dean Darley.  Norma's spirit now finds solace in their cherished company once more.

Norma requested in lieu of flowers that donations be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital.

Simply Cremation of Middle Georgia has charge of the arrangements.
